Java House has a variety of coffee's to choose from and especially liked the cherry mocha. The cherry mocha was created to keep you warm and it is a mocha that has cherry on top. The cherry mocha is created using mocha sauce and cherry syrup melted together woth hot expresso. The baristas then add steamed milk and top it with whipped cream and a dusting of cherry syrup. One may think that the cherry mocha is very sugary because of the cherries and whipped cream, but all these ingredients are well combined and actually well balanced, if you were to add sugar to the mixture, you would add just a little bit. The cherry mocha tastes like cherries and mocha combining and melting in your mouth and you have to sip through a layer of whipped cream to get to feel the explosively delicious taste in your mouth.
